Life Sciences International has three service lines as shown in the figure below:

The Marketing Consulting arm provides a broad range of marketing support to life sciences companies. This encompasses opportunity assessment studies, market research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, new business development, brand building, promotion activities and market entry & growth strategy development.

The Technology Transfer Consulting arm is targeted at small to medium scale research companies and academic institutes. This arm provides support in the translation of academic and laboratory research and development to commercial application by helping with business case validation i.e. demonstrating whether a market exists for a product, service or technology. It also includes services like preparing business plans, conducting market analysis and proposing market entry strategy. In the longer term, this arm will also provide financing services and high -end services such as ISO, GMP consultancy.

The Partnering Consulting arm is involved in helping companies internationalize. These can be companies looking across borders for marketing and distribution of their products or services, seeking technology outlicensing, investment, or contract research (CR) and contract manufacturing (CM) facilities. The company’s network in India which is fast developing into a location of choice for marketing, CR and CM activities and its network in Singapore which houses big multinationals and several small to medium scale companies provide ample opportunities for such strategic alliance.

These three services lines enable LSI to vertically integrate its service offerings.
