Mr. Ravi Puranik

Ravi Puranik has a techno managerial background with a professional career that spans close to 30 years in multi-stakeholder organisations including state and Federal Governments, academic organisations, NGOs and corporate sector. He has authored various papers including the cross country researches on CSR as also contributed to management curriculum. He was responsible for designing and institutionalising the CSR architecture in various companies. He has been with ACC (part of HOLCIM group) and Tata Power (part of Tata group). Currently, he heads the Hindustan Unilever Foundation.
Mrs. Beroz Gazdar
Sr. VP - Sustainability, Mahindra (Retd.)
Mrs. Beroz Rumie Gazdar, holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She also holds a Diploma in CSR & Sustainability from the Swedish Institute of Management.
Backed with a vast corporate work experience of around 40 years in various organizations including Mahindra & Mahindra, Mrs. Beroz Rumie Gazdar held the position of Sr. Vice President - Group Sustainability, supporting the various businesses of the Group for integrating 'sustainability’ in business operations and strategies.
Currently, Mrs. Gazdar is connected with the Centre for Responsible Business, as a Senior Associate, steering and overseeing certain programs to promote the dimensions of responsible and sustainable business through multi-stakeholder collaborations.
Mr. Sachin Oza
Exec. Dir., Development Support Center
A social worker, Mr. Sachin Oza has 23 years of experience in the voluntary sector. He has been a trainer on subjects such as people's participation and institution development and represents the organization in several policy making forums at the state and national level.
Since decades, Mr. Sachin Oza has been working towards improving rural livelihoods and achieving sustainable ground water management through streamlining information, research, capacity building needs, technical, financial and policy.
Mr. Anil Massey
Head - Gujarat State, Helpage India
Anil Kumar Massey is a State Head and Joint Director of Help Age India. He has been handling CSR projects, programs and resources with a relentless zeal and has also rendered his service as Regional Head (MP) at Alembic for 17 years. Backed with a rich experience in aiding corporates to operationalize their CSR endeavours, Mr. Anil Kumar Massey has a passion for serving the community.
